I found this plant!
Small-flower Flax-lily
Dianella brevicaulis

Sometimes known as the Coast Flax-lily (but a different species to D.revoluta) due to it being commonly found along coastal environments, this is an attractive soft-tufted plant to around 50cm high and wide. Impressive blue flowers with sharply contrasting yellow stamens and black anthers appear in spring. Very hardy but requires well drained sandy soil. Purple berries follow the flowers and are apparently edible, the birds definitely love them.
